ICE ADDIS

Iceaddis is a private limited company operating as a public benefit social enterprise registered in Ethiopia. iceaddis is the first innovation hub & tech startup incubator in Ethiopia established in May 2011. We work on youth-driven private sector initiatives and facilitate constructive interaction between techies, entrepreneurs, investors and people from the creative industries.

Our interventions are:

● We provide consultancy services with our talent pool management system. Working on complex problem solving sourcing the solutions from a talent-oriented approach.

● Supporting the growth of the Ethiopian technological ecosystem through open events, workshops, public dialogues, networking and data.

● Supporting startups through mentorship, training, providing working space, networking, project implementation, special focus on women entrepreneurs, matchmaking and investment assistance through ice180 incubation program.

● Promoting Ethiopian innovation to the world. iceaddis works closely with regional and international networks

to promote the works of Ethiopians startups. We also established several partnerships with international competitions and networking activities
